About Aston Road Villa
Aston Road Villa offers a contemporary and spacious two bedroom guest wing. Our Villa can be used for a relaxing weekend, as a base for exploring the Kapiti coast/Wellington or a stopover to/from the Cook Strait ferry. We are about a 10 minute drive to/from the newly opened Transmission Gully Road. Aston Road Villa offers you a "home away from home" experience.
Access to Aston Road Villa is via a private courtyard with comfortable outdoor furniture. This is an enjoyable place to sit and enjoy the birdsong and serene native bush at the rear of the property. Out from the main guest bedroom is a patio that allows you to relax and enjoy the tranquil rural views including watching the sun setting over Kapiti Island.
The Scandinavian themed guest wing includes a king size bed with quality linen, a media/lounge room, a second bedroom with two king single beds, an alcove for tea and coffee making, and a high quality generous bathroom.
The media room includes an OLED flat screen multi channel television (Sky TV, Netflix plus other streaming capability) with comfortable leather suite. Free Wifi Internet available.

About Your Hosts Louise and Dean
One of the things we love about travel is meeting like-minded people. Our considerable overseas travel has targeted non-touristy places and we like to stay in family run boutique accommodation. As a result of these experiences we have built a brand new home that incorporates a designated guest wing where we can host and share travel experiences with fellow travellers. We named our home Aston Road Villa, the term Villa originated from an ancient Roman luxurious country residence. We have travelled extensively in New Zealand and have a sound knowledge of where guests can go to get a true experience of New Zealand's stunning scenery, culture, food, wine and outdoor activities. Our commitment is to provide a place where travellers can relax, chill out and recharge and have a "home away from home" for a few days enjoying the quiet rural setting of Aston Road Villa.
We embrace the process of showing respect, generosity and care for others - Manaakitanga. We are committed to the Tiaki - a Maori word means to care for people and place. We follow the Tiaki promise to act as a guardian, protecting and preserving our country, inspiring and helping visitors to travel safely and conscientiously. The process and practice of protecting and looking after the environment is one of our core values - Kaitikatanga. Find out more by clicking the icon below.
